Meez Beez is more than a name.  It's an idea.  Meez is short for Mise en Place.  It's a concept in the kitchen, but its more than that.  Meez is about being ready.  It's about preparedness.  It's about being ready for anything.

Beez are Bees.  They are our inspiration.  According to scientists Bees should not be able to fly.  My Mom's best friend taught me to take inspiration from them.  They defy convention.  They do what they should not be able to do.  They fly.

Meez Beez is is about being ready to do the impossible...being ready to fly.

Meez Beez is dedicated to helping you live better...largely through eating better, and drinking better.  Here you will find information about wine, cheese, and whatever else strikes our fancy.  Our focus is on he kitchen, but we recognize and acknowledge the other rooms of our house.
